Many believe innovative ideas come to a select few, but in reality innovation is the result of persistent effort. Design Thinking is a versatile approach to sparking innovation through a sequential process and is fast becoming an essential literacy. This session will showcase the Double Diamond Model (Design Council, 2015) and how this thinking routine
