Making Learning Visible (CHINESE STRAND)
Feedback form is now closed.
How do we know students are learning? What are students learning? How is student learning shared? In this session, workshop facilitators will use the design thinking process to help participants navigate novel ideas to make learning visible.

This session explores with teachers how digital student publishing provides a unique lens into the classroom. There are a variety of digital tools available to support making learning visible. This session focuses on how to use images, text and media to support, measure and share student learning using the Book Creator app.

In this session, participants will:
  • Learn how to use Book Creator on the iPad
  • Explore and discuss ways to digitally document student learning
  • Use book creator to enhance reading, writing and speaking in Chinese.
Participants are encouraged to download the Book Creator app and bring iPads to the session. A small number of iPads will be available for participants to use during the session.
