The Trials & Tribulations of Building a Virtual Classroom
Feedback form is now closed.
This presentation would be in two parts:

The first part will be led by Sophie Hidden, who will present different ways that Office 365 tools have been used by different departments in the school. From Forms to Sway, and OneNote to PPT mix, how useful they are and how can they be used in different subject areas.

The second part of this session will be led by Chris Stanley - Deputy Head (Academics) at Dulwich College Beijing - will talk about his experiences setting up a Blended Maths programme. What are the benefits/pitfalls/issues in setting up a new approach to learning.

This presentation would summarise the work that the resident 'ICT Champions' have been doing 'beta' testing different educational technologies into their classroom. These individuals are volunteers from different departments across the school that are pioneering the use of EdTech in their classrooms. There has already been widespread trials using OneNote in Science and Economics classrooms and PPT mix videos in Art. We hope to trial additional 365 tools over the next few months to see how they can improve both the teacher and  students teaching and learning experiences.
