The Data Driven Path to the 'Dream Colleges'
Feedback form is now closed.
Technology and big data have transformed many industries, from e-commerce (Amazon) to social media (Facebook) and transport (Uber). However, education remains for most parts a very human driven, "high-touch" sector. While we believe technology should not and cannot replace humans in education, data and technology can surely be used to augment their practise.

For instance, millions of students apply and get into colleges every year. Most families consider this a crucial milestone moment, yet many still make important college decisions based on anecdotes and advice from the internet or their accessible network, which is often irrelevant or limited.

We will also take a sneak peak into the not-so-distant future to understand how technology can map out a learning curve for students of all ages and interests - that is, understand their profile, recommend the most fitting growth opportunities, and ultimately maximize their mark in the world.
