I have been a school leader for 7 years and am a passionate advocate for innovating and engaging classroom practice. I believe that all teachers (including school leaders) should be on a pathway of continuous improvement, and that improvement should always have a focus on student learning through vibrant classroom practice. I enjoy coaching and mentoring teachers toward this end, with a particular focus on mathematics learning and inquiry. My current interests are in the integration of STEM into primary mathematics and the Maker Space/Passion Project movement.
